We're a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, part of the S&K Group — a construction and property group based in Great Barr, Birmingham, that started in glazing and now covers building, property and supply companies.

Every job starts with a measured survey so the specification fits the wall, the building and its setting.
Written and fixed
You get the system, the details, access, exclusions and VAT in writing, and the price is fixed before work starts.
Managed installation
Work is carried out by installation teams working under our management, to the system manufacturer's specification.
Plain answers
We'd rather tell you that internal insulation, a cavity fill or a grant scheme suits you better than sell the wrong job.
