VAT
Installing insulation for walls in homes is zero-rated for VAT in Great Britain until 31 March 2027 (Northern Ireland since 1 May 2023), then 5% from 1 April 2027 — so our insulation prices for homes are the total. Render-only work, repairs and cleaning carry VAT at 20%, and the prices shown for them include it. Commercial prices are shown before VAT and marked + VAT.
