Before we quote in Farnham
Surveys in Farnham also cover the surrounding GU9 district and towns such as Aldershot and Fleet. Farnham sits around 13 miles from Woking. Homes across the South East range from inter-war semis and post-war estates, which are mostly cavity-walled, to older solid-walled cottages and Victorian town terraces.
Much of Surrey sits in the lower wind-driven rain exposure bands, which keeps the choice of finishes wide — though hilltop, coastal and exposed gable walls can still need a tougher specification, so we check the actual site.
We clean render in Farnham with low pressure only, so thin-coat and EWI finishes aren't damaged.

England: planning and regulations
Small repairs and cleaning in Farnham normally need no approvals. Listed buildings are the exception — even minor external work can need consent.
How long does cleaned render stay clean?
It depends on shade, trees and exposure. Many walls stay clean for several years after a biocide treatment. North-facing, shaded and damp walls may need treating more often.

Render cleaning in Farnham: questions
Will the green come back?
The biocide slows regrowth considerably, but shaded, damp walls can need retreating every few years.
Do you need scaffolding?
Usually not for a two-storey house; poles and low-pressure equipment reach most walls.
Can faded render be refreshed?
Yes — a compatible silicone paint restores colour without making the wall less breathable.
Do you cover Farnham?
Yes — we survey and quote render cleaning in Farnham (GU9) and nearby Aldershot, Fleet and Farnborough, with a fixed written price before any work starts.
